It was Letter D Week, which means D is for Dinosaurs. It was also a short week, so we had to work hard and fast to fit it all in. We are starting to settle in to our schedule here at school, as well. Your children are super smart and I already love them so much!
This week we:
1. Learned the letter D, its sound, how to write it and how to recognize upper and lowercase "D", oh and all things that begin with the Letter "D".
2. We made a letter D poster with all things "D".
3. We read " Dinosaurumpus", and "Dinosaurs Galore".
4. We made our D is for Ducks handprint page for our ABC book.
5. We learned about squares, what they look like, how to recognize them and how to trace them.
6. We made Dinosaurs Eggs- Oh, Yeah!
7. We made Donuts!
8. We had recess...fun!
9. We had yummy Snacks, we had skeleton cupcakes, with juice and cheese-thanks Mr. L.. We also had Danimals, Bananas and Pretzels-Thanks Miss H.
